Laura Falkinburg is a certified professional in Human Resources with 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources consulting. As an Executive Recruiter, Laura creates and executes sourcing strategies to find the best talent to meet the business needs of clients. She identifies and evaluates professional talent in a variety of industries and manages the recruiting process from initial client contact to execution of the completed search.
Additionally, she provides executive recruiting support for a search firm based in New York City and previously worked as an Executive Recruiter and Senior Recruiter at KeyBank and was an HR Business Partner at the Cleveland Clinic.
She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University and holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation. Laura is a member of the Greater Lorain County Chapter of SHRM. She is a board member of John Owen’s Adventure, Inc. and is an active volunteer with the Boy Scouts and Special Olympics.
Laura and her husband Brad have two children and she enjoys reading, traveling, fitness, and cheering on her kids at their sporting events.
Jodie Liptak is an accomplished and respected Human Resources professional with extensive experience in project management, HR policy, recruiting, coaching, and consulting. As a Senior Consultant, she designs and delivers training, facilitates recruiting strategy, advises on recruiting best practices, oversees the administration of the Brickpath’s proprietary candidate database.
A native of Cleveland, Jodie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Bowling Green State University.
Since college, she has been working for over 20 years, most recently as an HR Business Partner at Vitamix. Previously, she worked as an HR Generalist at Swagelok, and as a Lead HR Analyst and Recruiter at KeyBank. When not working, Jodie enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband, Rick and their two sons.
